Yvonne Fox

Yvonne Koonce Fox, born September 20, 1936 passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:45. She was born and raised in Thackerville OK, the eldest of twelve children. She joined the US Navy after graduating from Thackerville High School. After being discharged she relocated to Denver where she worked as a cashier at King Soopers, retiring in 1998. Her passions for gardening and traveling led her to caring for her vast garden and taking cross-country road trips with her husband. A selfless, hardworking, and loving mother and grandmother, Yvonne took immense joy and pride in her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her father Lloyd Koonce, mother Lillie Mae Overstreet Bain, husband John Lloyd Fox, and son Gregory A. Torbett. Survived by her sons Russell Torbett, Wesley Torbett, daughter Cecilia Perez, son-in-law Monte, grandchildren Russell Torbett Jr., Andrew Perez, Alyssa Perez, and Mitchell Perez.
