Dr. William (Bill) Berry Wilson Jr., died June 28 at the age of 84 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sue Waterhouse Wilson; his three children, William B. (Kathleen) Wilson III, Holly Lani Wilson and Richard Waterhouse (Lynn) Wilson; and his three grandchildren, Blair Waterhouse (Dave) Marshall, William B. Wilson IV and Richard Waterhouse Wilson Jr. Upon retirement from the US Army Medical Corps in 1974, Bill joined the OB-GYN staff at Denver General Hospital, retiring in 1996. He spent the next 18 years taking care of his wife, who suffered a stroke in 1995. A member of the Arapahoe Hunt Club and the Roundup Riders of the Rockies, Bill enjoyed spending time with his horses, dogs and cats. He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched and remembered for his quick wit, storytelling and musical aptitude. There will be a memorial service at St. Philip & St. James Episcopal Church, 2797 South Lowell Blvd., Denver 80236, on Saturday, August 16, at 11am.
