William Kirk

May 26, 1971 — September 9, 2018

William J Kirk jr., age 47, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 9th, 2018. Wil is survived by the love of his life Michelle, children Anna Kirk, Erin Reisenan, Andrew (Brachelle) Candelaria(step), Amanda(Randy) Roedema(step), Ian(Myriah) Candelaria(step) and 7 grandchildren Juls, Reyce, Jasiahs, Asaari, Logan, Kai, and Maddox. Wil was an intelligent, tech savvy, and smart witted man. You would often see him with a his face in a laptop, trying to unravel the web of messes one of his family members created. When he was finished he handed back the newly revived computer with a "see you in near future" look. Like any other computer nerd, Wil loved Mountain Dew and video games, but if you asked him what he loved most in the world, without hesitation he would say "my grandkids!" And boy, did his grandkids love him. Wil would enter the room last and be bombarded by little hugs, kisses and "gwampsy" calls. Those little one wouldn't break concentration until they got their gwampsy Wil's time. Wil loved his daughters Anna and Erin, and was very proud knowing the fact he had strong girls with the same quick witted comebacks just like thier dad. Though he did not get to see them everyday, he would talk about them constantly. Wil was afflicted with severe back pain for good portion of his adult life, but that didn't stop him from picking up each one of his grandkids. Even if the next day he was stuck in bed. To Wil it was worth the pain. Will was not a religious person growing up, but in 2017 he found God and elected to be baptized. Will made sure to pray for his family's protection and good health. Wil's calm, quiet demeanor with a hefty side of witty commentary was infectious. It would keep people hooked to his stories and what he was going to say next. Wil we love you, Until we meet again, you will be greatly missed.
