Thomas Ahrens

Thomas Eugene Ahrens, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Aurora, CO on January 23rd, 2022.

Tom was a life member of the Puyallup Elks Lodge #1450, where he served twice as exalted ruler.

Tom retired after 35 years from BNSF Railroad. Tom spent his younger years fully involved in campfire with his daughter.  He also was an avid bowler.  Tom also loved camping, traveling and spending time with his family.

Tom is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lynne Ahrens; four daughters, Tarra Sutphin, Tammi Black, Tanya Delisle and Toni Smith; along with two stepchildren Jay Greenwood and Telesha Padilla as well as all their spouses. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great grandson whom he loved all equally no matter near or far. Tom also leaves behind 3 sisters and 1 brother. Tom was preceded in death by his Parents Donald and Betty and a sister Carolyn.
