Stephanie Wallis

Stephanie Anne Jillian Wallis was born in Daejon City, Korea in 1987 and passed away at home on October 5, 2013 after a short battle with leukodystrophy. Stephanie was a 2005 graduate of Eaglecrest High School and attended CSU-Pueblo and Community College of Aurora. She is remembered by all who knew her for her quick wit, ready smile, sense of humor and being kind, generous and giving. Some of Steph's happiest moments were spent working with kids in before- and after school, and kindergarten enrichment programs.

Stephanie loved sports, playing volleyball and basketball in high school and club level and she loved to snowboard. She was a serious Patriots fan and would spend Sunday afternoons with friends watching football games. She also liked to sit and play her drum set.

Stephanie is survived by her parents, Brent and Donna, her sister, Jeanne, and nephew, Jacob. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, numerous friends and her two best friends Chase and Misty.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Michael the Archangel, 19099 E Floyd Ave. in Aurora on October 23rd at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers donations to the United Leukodystrophy Foundation are suggested.
