Shirley Ann Brunton, age 74, of Old Hickory, passed away on January 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 25, 1950, in Oklahoma, Shirley was the beloved wife of Robert F. Brunton for 47 wonderful years. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Shirley was a devoted mother to her two daughters, Sheena (Thomas) Lazenby of Lebanon, TN, and Sarah (Stephen) Andrews of Goodlettsville, TN. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Christopher (Edgar Nunez) Lazenby, Stephen Lazenby, Joseph Lazenby, Brayden Lazenby, Jackson Andrews, and Liberty Andrews, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

Shirley’s life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her strong, compassionate spirit. She was a woman who gave freely of her time, wisdom, and love. Her home was always a place of warmth and hospitality, where family and friends were welcomed with open arms.
