Sherri Bralish

Sherri L Bralish (Dobyns), 65 of Hudson, Co passed away Jan 1,2020 with her grandson and granddaughter by her side.

She was born to parents Patsy Dobyns and the late John Dobyns Senior Jan 24th 1954 in Louisiana.

Sherri graduated from Adams City H.S. in 1972, where she continued on to cosmetologist school where she also graduated in 1972. Sherri enjoyed doing hair especially her mom and grandmas! Sherri went on later in life to become a Black Jack dealer in Central City where she enjoyed the excitement and especially the tips!

Sherri is survived by her mother Patsy Dobyns (Wagoner); her daughter Heidi L Bralsh, (son in law) Alex Ober. She is also survived by her grandson Brandon L Troxel, step granddaughter Breanna Lyon ( 2 great grandsons Gage and Chase), Step grandson Nick Ober and Jason Ober ; her Aunt Lois Irwin, Nephew Jonathan Dobyns, niece Jenelle Dobyns, along with many cousins and extended family.

Sherri was very determined, strong willed, and talented at many things. She loved to paint, craft, go fishing, camping, dancing,and loved music. Sherri was a gifter, she would work hard so she could not just buy any gifts, but gifts that truly meant something to the people she gave them to; whether it be family or a friend. Sherri’s faith in God gave her the strength along with her family and determination to survive stage 4 breast cancer in 1998 along with many health issues in her life. When the Dr.s gave her 9 months none of us including her believed it, because she would always bounce back, even if it wasn’t 100%. She proved the Dr.s wrong and lived 2 months longer than they said. Her daughter will miss there many phone conversations a day, her smile, her saying “My sweet girl”, her advice, her mama bear protection and most of all the love she gave.

Memory Service and Reception to follow will both be at Cindy Ober’s 25733 CR 4 Hudson, Co 80642 on January 18th at 2 pm.
