Sharon Marie Conquest Lewis Stoutt

Sharon Marie Conquest Lewis Stoutt, 78, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023.  She was born March 16, 1945 in Houma, Louisiana and was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Conquest.

Sharon is survived by her husband of 29 years, James (Jim) Stoutt of Hendersonville, daughter Julie Tucker, son David Lewis, son Ryan (Daphne) Lewis, son Tim (Jennifer) Lewis, stepson Steve (Tammy) Stoutt, stepdaughter Vickie (Howard) Swann, 13 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband of 28 years, Adrian (Rock) Lewis.

She was retired from Nashville Metropolitan Schools where she taught for 12 years and St. Joseph School where she taught for 17 years.  She volunteered at The Ladies of Charity in Nashville.  Sharon was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Hendersonville after many years at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Madison.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 6 pm to 8 pm and on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 11 am to 1 pm at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 1729 Stop 30 Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075.  A funeral Mass will follow the visitation on Friday at 1 pm.
