Sandy Miller

Sandy Ann Miller, 64 of Centennial, Colorado passed away on November 17, 2016 at Orchard Park Health Care Center in Centennial Colorado. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Sherwin & Helen Hendricks, her brothers, Terry Hendricks, Michael Hendricks and her husband, Philip C. Miller, who passed in June, 1999.

Sandy was a graduate of La Junta High School, Colorado and obtained her certification as a respiratory therapist, working at Beth Israel in Denver. Most of her career was spent as a bookkeeper, as this was her favored profession.

Sandy & Phil met while working at Massa Glass and a passionate courtship followed. They were married on October 31, 1981 in Pueblo, Colorado. This was a marriage of soul mates and with their wacky personalities, Halloween night was a perfect time for them. All who were fortunate enough to know Sandy enjoyed her funny sense of humor and have many stories to remember. To this union, two children were born, Shae Ann Miller and Jarred Clark Miller. They could not have been more loved and cherished as Sandy devoted her life to them and was their biggest fan, always available for a dinner or chat.

Funeral Services will be held at Horan & McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80246 on Friday December 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM, reception to follow at the home of Bob & Jodi Leitner.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Sandy Miller's name to the Agape Hospice Foundation, 6041 South Syracuse Way, Suite 220, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
