Samela Rae Woolsey, age 60, with her family by her side, lost her battle to cancer on July 29, 2015 at Skyridge Medical Center in Littleton Colorado. Samela was born on January 10, 1955 in Anchorage Alaska, the daughter of Sammie and Cheryn Robinson.
She was proceeded in death by her mother; Cheryn Robinson and she is survived by her husband of 30 years; Herald Woolsey; her son, Robert Ross and wife, Lori of Littleton; two daughters, Telecia Smith and Carissa Woolsey of Littleton; 6 grandchildren, Brandon Ross, Aaron Ross, Alexandra Ross, Eli Ross, Easton Smith, and Maddox Smith of Littleton; Her father Sammie Robinson and stepmother Lee; Sister, Desiree Cocciardi of Canada; and her crazy dog Missy Britches.
Samela will be remembered for her loyal dedication and love to her husband, son, daughters, grandchildren, and her family and friends. You could always count on her to be at one of the grandkids sporting events. In June she was recognized by the Chatfield Baseball program as their #1 fan. She was a caring, loving, giving and an amazing woman. She will always be loved and remembered by all. Every day we will celebrate her life and honor her by sharing the joy and love she brought to so many.
Services will be held on Monday August 3, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 6705 S Webster St Littleton, CO 80128. Viewing will be held one hour prior to services, at 12:00p.m.
Flowers can be delivered to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints one Monday August 3, 2015 from 10-1, prior to that they may be delivered to 8762 West Ute Drive Littleton, Colorado 80128
