Sally Jean Happel

Sally Jean Happel, 80, of Lakewood, CO, passed away on November 5, 2023. She was born on November 26, 1942, in Elwood City, PA, to Claire and Mary Deemer. Sally is preceded in death by her father, mother, brother Larry, and her loving husband, Jack.

Sally is survived by her children, Sean and Jenny, her sibling, Jerry and grandchildren, Brandon, Mckenna, MaryClaire, Noah and Andew. She will be remembered for her kindness and heart to serve.

A memorial service will be held in Sally's honor on November 11, 2023, at 10:30am at Green Mountain Christian Church, 10700 West Exposition Dr in Lakewood, where she worshipped. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Foothills Animal Shelter.

Sally Jean Happel will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her kindness, creativity, love of Christ, heart to serve anyone who may have been in need, and love for her family will forever be cherished. May she rest in peace.
