Robin O’Brien

Robin Lea (Jensen) O'Brien was taken from us suddenly on Saturday, October 24, 2015. She suffered a heart attack and died at the age of 51 in Littleton, Colorado. Robin was born June 2, 1964 in Omaha, Nebraska. Robin is survived by her loving husband, Neil O'Brien, and three sons Joshua Wienken, Nathan Wienken and Scott O'Brien.

Anyone who knew Robin knew she was a force to be reckoned with. She was the matriarch of not only her family, but to her extended family and friends. She loved deeply and spoke her mind. You always knew where you stood with her, she was an open book. She was the first person people turned to when they needed a rock and she was fiercely devoted and loyal. You received the truth from Robin, whether you wanted to hear it or not. She fed you, but you better get out of her kitchen. She would give you the shirt off of her back if she felt you were in need.

She gave generously of her time and talents to many. She worked hard, but her first priority was always her family, friends and spending time with them at home, usually in the front yard or in the kitchen. Her home was always buzzing with activity and she got satisfaction from look on your face when you ate her delicious meals. She will me be missed by all, but we will cherish her in our hearts forever.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Wellspring Church located at 4300 S Lincoln St, Englewood, CO 80113 at 10:00 am. Reception to follow. Any memorials in Robins honor should be given to Wellspring Church at the address above.
