Robert Wayne Short

Robert W. Short, 88, of Santa Fe, New Mexico passed away at home from natural causes on March 3, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father Cloey and Elmer Short.

He is survived by his loving wife Rosina L. Short, his children Tim and Tony and their respective wives Sandy and Glenda.

His surviving grandchildren are Kayla, Noah and Eli and their respective wives Candice and MacKenzie.

His surviving great grandchildren Penelope, Madeline, Lincoln, and Wyatt.

"Bobby" retired from the state of New Mexico as an Investment Officer. As an avid fisherman, Bobby spent most of his retirement fishing and spending time with his family outdoors.

Bobby met Elvis Presley in Big Springs, Texas in July of 1956.

A Memorial Service will be determined in August when family and friends get together.
