Robert Rollins, Jr

Robert Henry Rollins, JR. Age 82 of Hermitage TN. Passed away on June 26,2018. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 Monday July 9th at Berryville Baptist Church, 4301 Woods St. Old Hickory, Tn. 37138. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 with Bro. Jim Abernathy officiating.Burial will follow at the Nashville National Veterans Cemetery on Gallatin Rd. He was preceded in death by his sister Anita Shipp, Mother Virginia Sherrer, Dad Robert H Rollins SR. and Step Mom Frances Marks. He is survived by Barbara Jane Gingrow, Robert Speakman (Jan), Michael (Patti) Rollins, Tony Rollins and Joy Rollins. Step-daughter Connie Lanier, Grandchildren, Nicholas Gringrow, Ben Lanier, Tony Lee Rollins, Faith Rollins. He is also survived his sisters Nan Sloan (Bobby), and JoAnn Denney (Tom). Saved on December, 19,1975 at Mt. Olivet. He retired 3 times. Once from McLeans (over the road truck driver), then BP in Donelson and finally Hertz Rental Company. He was a Veteran of th U.S. Navy. He served during the Korean War while stationed on a Submarine. The family of Bobby would like to send our sincere thanks to Linnea Blevins and Lynn Hiembach caregivers.
