Robert Alven Johnson Sr. was born on August 5, 1930 and passed away on January 25, 2014 at the age of 83. A service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Friday February 7th at One Thirty p.m.. He was born in St Paul Minnesota, then in 1970 he moved to Colorado. He retired from South Valley Drywall where he worked for over 30 years. He had many hobbies throughout his life including leather crafting, wood carving, string art, he built a very detailed miniature house in it's construction phase, and many other artistic creations. Although he was often quiet, he was very artistic, creative, intelligent, generous and funny.
He joins his mother Alice Schultz, father Leonard Johnson, sister Dorothy Rommel, brother Wally Johnson, and his son Robert Johnson Jr. He is survived by his brother Richard Johnson, sister Fern Geegan, daughter Diane Peacher, son Thomas Johnson, seven grandchildren; Robert the 3rd, Brady, Dawn, Debi, Brian, Brandi and Thomas. And ten great grandchildren; Merae, Hannah, Maddox, Donisia, Connor, Kendall, Payton, Jaxon, Carson and Stephanie
