Robert Hindson

Robert Edward Leonard Hindson, age 72 of Murfreesboro, Tenn., went home to be with Jesus on January 17, 2020 at 1:05 a.m. Robert was born on February 16, 1947. He served our country faithfully for 7 years during the Vietnam War and received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force. He was proud to be a veteran. Robert was also very smart and lived a life of many travels. He was a natural entrepreneur at heart and an animal lover who always took wonderful care of his pets. He leaves behind his kitty, Baby.Preceded in death by his parents William Edward Hindson and Helen Frances Powell, and his first wife and mother of his daughters Sharon Ruth Webber Hindson Foucher.Survived by: Daughters, Tonya Marie (Richard) Derry and Alisa Kerri (Genaro) DelCampo; grandchildren, Alex Andrew (Meredith) Derry, Kyle Tracy (Karla) Derry, Dylan Shadow DelCampo and Shania Dyana DelCampo; great-granddaughter, Norah Jane Derry; two brothers, Larry and Paul; two sisters, Tanys and Marci; two sisters-in-law, Dana and Sandy; many nieces and nephews and friends who loved him dearly.A memorial service for family and close friends will be held at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville, Tenn.
