Phillip Herrera

PHILLIP J. HERRERA, 63, a resident of Los Pachecos, passed away on Friday Febuary 2, 2018, following a lengthy illness. Phillip has gone home to be with his beloved children Prescilla and Michael, brothers Anthony and Samuel Herrera; sister-in-law Florence Herrera, brother-in-law Albert Smith, maternal grandparents Antonio and Estafinita Guillen, paternal grandparents Teofilia Herrera-Urzua, and Benito Herrera, and numerous other beloved relatives. Phillip is survived by his grandchildren Richard and Brian Maestas, parents Jose C and Bernardita (Bernie) Herrera of Los Pachecos; brother, Benito Herrera, sister, Meachele Smith, sister and brother-in-law Yvonne and Allen Herring, sister-in-law Elizabeth and George Madrid of California, and his partner Catherine Montoya. In addition, Phillip had many beloved nieces and nephews: Angela, Steven, Randy (Racquel), Allen, Andrew, Joy (Eric), Karen (Clarence), Kevin, Samantha and Adam, 10 great-nephews, 6 great- nieces and 4 Godsons, along with many other loving relatives and friends. Phillip loved joking with his family, fishing, dancing, hunting and many other things. He is loved and will be missed by all. A rosary will be recited on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 7 p.m . at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Los Pachecos. A Memorial mass on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the same location. Internment will follow mass at the La Villita Cemetary. Reception will follow at St John The Baptist Parish Hall (Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo). The family of Phillip J.
