Pauline Maldonado

January 13, 1939 — July 15, 2020

Pauline Maldonado of Albuquerque New Mexico, passed away Wednesday July 15th at home. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Maldonado and son Leo Ray (Joey) Maldonado, her parents Estanislado and Dora Vargas. She is survived by her daughter Kathy Holguin and her husband Luis, granddaughter Elvira Benavidez, great-grandchildren Elias and Trinity Benavidez. Brothers Lawrence Vargas and his wife Frances, Henry Vargas, Paul Vargas (Eva), Sister Connie Mora. She loved to read, do puzzles and word searches. But most of all she loved her family.

Pallbearers are: Estevan Vargas, Marisa Vargas, Marcus Maldonado, Paul Maldonado, Richard Vargas, and Lawrence Vargas Jr. Honorary pallbearers are: Elias Benavidez, Patrick Maldonado, Stanley Vargas, Jason Mora, and Nicholas Vargas.

A rosary will be held Friday July 24th at 11:00AM and Mass to follow at 11:30 at San Jose Parish Church, 2401 Broadway SE masks are required and doors will open at 10:45 AM. Burial after Mass at Mt. Calvary 1900 Edith Blvd SE. Only 5 persons will be allowed at grave site at a time, funeral personnel will coordinate.
