Nickolas Martinez

Nickolas (Nick) Martinez was born in 1945 in La Jara, Colorado and passed away on July 18, 2015 at 70 years of age. He was a graduate of La Jara High School, where he participated in football and basketball and became a lifelong athlete. He joined the army in 1964 and completed his tour of duty in Germany. Once he was honorably discharged, he made his home in Denver, Colorado. Later Nick moved to Northglenn, Colorado where he worked and raised a family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Vicki, daughter, Erin, and son, Ricky. He is also survived by his mother, Mary, sister, Querina, and two brothers, Bonnie and Orlando. Nick's "Celebration of Life Memorial" will be held at Wyco Park in Northglenn, Colorado on Sunday July 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
