Nancy Daoust

Nancy Daoust of Aurora Colorado died on Feb 9th 2021 with her family by her side. She suffered from Dementia for the past 5 years. She was born in Hartford Ct on Feb 19, 1959. She lived in New Britain most of her life until she moved to Aurora in 1997. She was a loving and caring mother, wife, daughter and grandmother. She was pre deceased by her father, Phil Benson of New Britain. She will be remembered for creating fantastic meals for friends and family. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday when she would cook all day and watch us all enjoy the results. She loved her children and grandchildren as well as her dogs, Princess, Shadow and Sheba. Nancy worked in retail and financial services before the onset of Dementia.. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Melissa Benson of Aurora, son Reggie Daoust of Aurora, son Jason Benson who provided unending loving care for her and sacrificed many, many hours ensuring her comfort of Aurora and her husband James Daoust. She adored her grand children Kyleigh, Connor and Dominic and will be dearly missed by them. She is also survived by her mother Sally Benson, her brother and sister in law Robert and Bonnie Benson all of New Britain.
