Michael Strobel

Michael John Strobel, 45, of Lyman, WY was set free December 1, 2017.
He was born to Judy Ann Strobel and Forrest Dale Strobel July 16, 1972, and was the youngest
of three.
He graduated Lyman High School Class of 1991, and found a love for cranes in Salt Lake City
working for Wagstaff Cranes in 1995. Michael and Kacey welcomed their first born Sheyenne
Megan in September 1995. He later married Kacey Jo Carlson June 14, 1996, and they
welcomed their second child Madisen Mikal June 1998. Michael then moved his family to
Evanston, WY in 2000 where Michael began working for G.M. Stewart. The family welcomed
their final joy, Phoenix Ann, March 2004. Michael always wanted what was best for his family
and he found that by moving them to Grand Junction, CO in 2005, where they lived for ten
years. Michael worked for various crane companies such as Perry Crane & Rigging, Sterling
Crane & Rigging, T-Force, Steve Sharp Transportation, and RMS Cranes. When Michael was not
working, he was found making his family laugh, going on family road trips, and riding his
Yamaha R1.
Michael is survived in death by his father, Forrest Strobel, his step-mother Sandy Lee Strobel,
and his three daughters, Sheyenne, Madisen and Phoenix Strobel. Michael is proceeded in
death by his mother, Judy Strobel.
