Mary Chavez

Mary Jo Ann Chavez (Silva), age 72, from Westminster, Colorado, passed away on June 3, 2015 following her diagnosis of cancer.

She leaves behind her two daughters, a son, and 10 grandchildren. Stephanie, engaged to Dan Terry, her children Samantha and Garrett Smith, along with Dan's children, Savannah and Daniel. Caroline, married to Joseph Pira, her children Kristina, Kiara, Emily, and Angelo. Jacob, and his children, Renzo and Ariana.

Mary Jo is survived by two sisters and two brothers. Vivian, Married to Samuel Garcia, Priscilla, married to Phil Baca, Alex, married to Theda, and Joseph, married to Esther.

All services are scheduled for June 12, 2015, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Westminster, Colorado. A Rosary will be held in her honor starting at 9:00 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to follow at 9:30 a.m. The family extends an invitation to please join them at the reception afterwards at the church. Interment will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery at the Saint Francis Mausoleum at 1:00 p.m.
