Mark H. Collins

Mark Collins passed away peacefully with family by his side on August 5th 2024 at the age of 73. He was born on September 10th, 1950, to Julius Morris Collins and MaryEllen Brown Lebanon. Mark was a fun, creative and adventurous child who grew up in Springfield, Illinois. Although Mark “grew up” and moved to Colorado, he always kept those qualities in him which led Mark to be an incredible craftsman and hobbyist. He helped anyone who stepped foot through his door but not without a good tease. He owned his Lamp Restoration business which turned from fixing lamps as a favor into a thriving business he took great pride in. Mark was a tough man who enjoyed the simple things in life; a man who loved to tinker, be out in nature with animals, and never let cancer hold him back from living his life to the fullest. 

 Mark was proceeded in death by his father, Julius and mother, MaryEllen. He is survived by Paige Ciombor (daughter), Brock Ciombor (grandson), John Collins (brother), Christopher Collins (nephew) and Erica Collins (niece). He will be greatly missed but the love and humor he shared with those he came in contact with will continue to live on in our memories forever.
