Marguerite Collen Gray

Marguerite (Maggi) Colleen Gray, 74, of Santa Fe passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023, after a three-year battle with lung cancer. She was born on October 13, 1948, to Colleen and Roy Scheick in Flint, Michigan.
Maggi is survived by her husband Jim, her son Joseph (Keri) Brault, her daughter Tara Piscitelli (Rodney McGirt), her stepson Kenneth (Kim) Gray, her stepdaughter Katrina (Chuck) Caswell, her brother Donald (Kathy) Scheick, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, her poodle Caniche and her cat Chessie.
She was employed as a paralegal and executive legal assistant for 25 years at Loctite/Henkel Corporation in Connecticut before relocating to Santa Fe after her retirement.
Maggi's favorite pastimes were playing Mah Jongg with her friends and walking the dogs along the Santa Fe River. She and Jim traveled throughout the country in their Minnie Winnie, visiting all 50 states and 7 provinces of Canada. She enjoyed our National Park System in particular, seeing over 200 parks and monuments.
A celebration of Maggi's life will be held from 1-3 on the afternoon of Sunday, October 8, at her home.
