Marcus Dale Parker

Marcus Dale Parker ended his earthly journey February 19th, 2025.

He was born April 7th, 1965 in Mercedes TX, grew up in Puckett Mississippi, and landed in Colorado which held his heart.

Marcus was privileged for the truly genuine friends and family in his life as were we. He brought so many of his amazing friends and family together as he fought on life support and started recovering before joining the ranks of heaven with his Momma. His level of selflessness for others was unending as was his faith. He was so honored and humbled to have so many amazing people and connections in his life. He loved each of you and tailored his humor to fit each individual relationship.

Marcus was passionate about our unhoused neighbors. He would go from tent to tent in encampments and personally check on each person to make sure they were ok, have dry socks, food/water, a jacket and a sleeping bag. He was as good as they come.

A memorial service will be held at Wash Park UMC, March 30th at 7pm
