It is with heavy hearts we share the loss of our beloved Manuela Santos, age 80, on January 11, 2019.
Manuela blessed her parents when she was born to them on May 5, 1938 in La Soledad De Durango. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Jose Santos and Aurelia Leyva. Manuela is survived by her brothers; Maximo, Transito, Cosme and Martin. She is survived by her sisters; Ramona, Modesta, Estefana and Teresa. She is also survived by numerous neices and nephews that she adored and they loved her deeply.
Manuela was a beautiful woman who's family meant everything. She was a very talented musician. One of her favorite things to do was to pull out her guitar and sing with her brothers and sisters. We were all blessed that she shared it with us by recording these songs so everyone could hear them. Manuela didn't need to have children of her own because she mothered so many! God gave her the gift of hands that could heal. Manuela generously shared this gift by using her healing hands like medicine to heal her family and friends.
Manuela will be deeply missed and always remembered with pure love.
