Luz Pileggi

On Wednesday Sept. 25, 2019, Luz Pileggi, loving mother, daughter and sister passed away at the age of 60. Luz was born in Armenia, Colombia, South America on April 11, 1959. She lived in the Willow Creek neighborhood of Centennial and was a faithful member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her father Edison Aristizabal. Dearly loved by family, friends and neighbors, Luz is survived by her husband, Tom and daughter Karry of Centennial; her mother Lucia Aristizabal, brother Luis Alberto Aristizabal and sister-in-law Marta Lucia of Bogota, Colombia, South America; along with many loving relatives. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 S. Quebec St., Englewood . Luz's ashes will be taken to Bogota where a mass will be held and her ashes buried in late October.
