Lawrence Doyle

Lawrence "Larry" Harold Doyle of Portland, TN, passed away peacefully at home on August 8th, 2017, at the age of 70.Larry was born on August 26th, 1946, in Brooklyn, NY, to Joseph Harold Doyle and Frances Doyle (Midgett). He married Betty Ann Johnson in 1973. After moving to Portland, Larry began working for Kirby Building Systems where he retired after 30 years of service. Larry also served in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1970.Larry is survived by his three children, Andrea (Doug) Nanney of Memphis, TN, Kristopher (Carol) Doyle of Austin, TX, and Keith (Heather) Doyle of Ridge Top, TN, sister Sara Roberts of Madison, TN, brother Joe (Tami) Doyle of Hermitage, TN, and companion Maria Gamble of Old Hickory, TN. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Betty Ann Doyle of Portland, TN, and his brother Kenneth Doyle of Nashville, TN.A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, August 19th at 11am at Wilkinson and Wiseman Funeral Home in Portland, TN.
