Larry Wayne Noah was born on July 22, 1944, at home in Deer Trail, Colorado. He departed this life on Friday, December 1, 2017, at the Denver Hospice after a long battle with cancer.
Larry was the fifth child born to Harold and Mattie Noah. He grew up in Deer Trail and graduated from Deer Trail High School in May 1963. On June 25, 1966, he married the love of his life, Jean Gilbert. They moved to Denver where he lived until his passing.
Larry worked for the Colorado Department of Transportation for 35 years, retiring in 2001. For the last 16 years, he enjoyed travelling with Jean on various road trips and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jean; his children and their spouses Becky and John Gramm, Amy and Dan Wedow, Justin and Melissa Noah, and Sarah and Tim Boucher; his grandchildren Jessica, Nathan, and Trent Gramm; Brett, Nicole, and Mark Wedow; Susan and Justin Noah Jr.; his sister-in-law Madonna Noah; and many nieces, nephews and good friends.
We will celebrate Larry's life in a Memorial Service on January 19, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Horan & McConaty, 1091 South Colorado Boulevard, Denver, Colorado.
