Jonathan Lopez

Jonathan Antonio Lopez (Jonny), 20, of Denver, CO, left us suddenly the morning of November 18, 2017. Jonny was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew and cousin.

Jonny was born in Wheat Ridge, CO on February 26, 2017. He attended Bromwell Elementary, Good Shepherd Catholic School and graduated from East High School where he was on the Basketball Team and Baseball Team.

Jonny was a gifted athlete and enjoyed playing many sports including golf and tennis with his grandfather. He produced music and was also talented at cooking. He had a beautiful and infectious smile that lit up any room.

Jonny is survived by his parents, Miguel Antonio Lopez Corporan of Denver, CO and Connie West of Tampa, FL. His brother Luke Langland and sister Camille Lopez, his maternal grandparents, Chuck and Sue West of Tampa, FL and his paternal grandmother Gisela Corporan of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Aunts Cammy West and Chris Schaefer (Dan), Chamin Lopez Corporan, Gliden Lopez Corporan, Vitalia Lopez Corporan and Cesarina Lopez Corporan. Uncles Teofilo Lopez, Aristides Lopez, Pablo Lopez, Domingo Lopez. He is also survived by 31 cousins and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held on December 4, at 1:30 at Good Shepherd Parish Family Center, 620 Elizabeth St., in the lower level of the school building. Reception to follow at Ross-Cherry Creek Library 305 Milwaukee St., located in Cherry Creek North.
