John Stephen (Jack) Kelleher passed away in Santa Fe, New Mexico on December 11, 2020, from complications of Covid-19. He was 66.
Jack grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating with a Marketing degree from
Drexel University before starting his retail career with The Limited and then Barnes & Noble, Inc. With a natural affinity for people Jack quickly advanced, holding senior management positions in both companies. In 2005 Jack shifted his focus to real estate, moving to East Hampton, New York where he joined Saunders & Associates.
Jack was a traveler, always planning his next move. After leaving Philadelphia, he lived on both coasts and in Santa Fe. Recently Jack moved back to Santa Fe, the city he always talked about as the place he most wanted to live.
He loved all travel, art, photography, books, good wine and the time spent with friends whether at work, home or traveling.
Jack was predeceased by his parents, John and Helen Zovesus Kelleher, and survived by his dear friends Rachael Mitchell of Darien, CT and David Mitchell of Washington, D.C, and the scores of people whose lives he touched.
In lieu of a service or flowers, please consider donations to the Kitchen Angels of Santa
