Jo Haas

Jo Ann Haas of Denver, CO / Grand Lake CO passed away September 16, 2015, in Larkspur CO at the age of 77 after a 15 month battle with stomach cancer. Jo Ann was born November 12, 1937 in Grandview MO, and was the second child of Robert and Elizabeth Grubb. She was married to R. Floyd Haas on July 29, 1954, in Lee's Summit, MO. She lived in six states (MO, NY, MI, WA, IA and CO), Richmond BC, Canada and Voorschoten, The Netherlands. She enjoyed being active, playing tennis, golf, and snowmobiling. She also enjoyed playing bridge and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her three children, Sandy (Doug) McLean, Grand Lake CO. Diana (Mike) Meyer, Larkspur CO and Gary L (Tricia) Haas, Glenwood Springs CO. Grandchildren Jeffrey Holwell, Kathleen (Matt) Whipple, Shelley (Ian) Sutton and Ryan McLean. Siblings William (VG) Grubb, Agnes (Ed) Leinse and Roberta (Larry) Stone. Brother in law Gary D Haas. She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd. A Celebration of Life Service will be held September 26, 2015, 10:00 AM at Community of Christ. 1695 E. Orchard Road. Greenwood Village, CO 80121.
