Jimmy Michael Griego

Born August 25, 1955, passed away April 29, 2024. He is preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Griego, his father Juan Griego Sr, sister, Irma Maez, brother, Charlie Griego, brother, 

John Griego Jr., sister-in-law, Gloria Griego, sister, Sara Marquez, niece, Aundria Griego, nephew, Ernie Griego Jr., brother-in-law, Henry Maez II, close friend, Erwin Aguilar. 

Jimmy is survived by his wife of 28 years, Liza Griego, her children, Richard Benavidez (Stephanie), Margaret Allen (Pat) & Jose Benavidez (Isabell) brother, Ernie (Eloise) daughter, Brianna; Irma’s children, Denise Jaramillo (Robert), Henry Maez III (Shannon),

brother, Eppie Griego (Dorothy), nephews, Eppie Griego Jr., Gilbert and Christoper. 

Sara’s children, Pete Jr., Mario, Isaac and Shan; brother, Eugene B. Griego and partner Angela Albo; sister, Mary Anne Lucero, brother, Rick Griego (Tammy), nieces, Michelle, Rachel, Annabeth, Rebecca, nephews, Rick Jr. and Kenny; brother, Victer Griego. 

Jimmy has numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends that he loved.

God sons, Paul Lovato and Devin Erich Jude Quintana. 

Very close friends, Ronnie & Stephanie Ulibarri.

The burial will be on Monday, August 26 @ 1:00 pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
