Jerry Chavez Sr was born in Albuquerque, NM on July 3,1955, passed away unexpectedly on November 12, 2020 at the age 65.

He was survived by his son, Jerry Chavez Jr and wife, Rosa Chavez; daughter, Jessica Enriquez and husband, Fernando Enriquez; brothers: Paul, Leo & Trinnie; sisters: Gloria, Kathy, Margie & Bonnie; grandsons, Carlos Chavez & Jerry Chavez III.

Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Chavez; parents, Trinidad & Margaret Chavez; brother, Freddy & sisters, Becky & Lucy.

Jerry will be placed at his final resting place at Fairview Memorial Park with his wife, Mary Chavez.
