Jeremiah Grotzky

Mr. Jeremiah "Jay" Bo Grotzky, of Commerce City, Colorado, born on October 14, 1982 in Denver, Colorado, to Lenda Lundquist, passed away at age 35 on July 3, 2018 in Aurora, Colorado. He graduated from Job Corps for high school. He was in the Trucking industry as a Trailer Mechanic at Denver Truck and Trailer. Jeremiah was the loving fiancé of Crystal Forde. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dave Eggleston; and grandfather, Floyd Bowen. Jeremiah is survived by his mother, Lenda Lundquist, stepfather, Bill Lundquist; son, Damien Grotzky; daughters, Destiny Ramm, Sharyiah Grotzky, and Lillyanna Grotzky; stepdaughter, Lexi Forde; brother, Roy Eggleston; sisters, Amy Hetterle and Kayleena Maddox; and grandmother, Ruth Bowen. Jeremiah loved fishing, animals and his family. The memorial service will be private.
