Jeffrey Lee Clark "J.C." peacefully died at home, in Centennial, Colorado, after an extended illness on Monday, July 18, 2016. Jeff was born in Phoenix, Arizona on November 15, 1950. Jeff spent part of his childhood in Greer County, Russell, Oklahoma. Jeff was a Christian and had a strong faith in God. He believed in treating other with love, compassion and kindness. At the age of 4 his family moved to Casper, Wyoming. Jeff graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1969 and attended Casper Community College. Jeff married his high school sweetheart Carolyn and they moved to Denver, Colorado in 1972. For over 43 years, Jeff worked in the automotive industry in parts and customer service. Jeff loved helping others and he always provided a honest service experience and had many returning customers. When faced with blindness, Jeff was resourceful and created a homemade bird house business. Jeff hand crafted over 1500 license plate birdhouses which have been shipped world wide. In 2009, Jeff joined the Colorado Center of the blind and was recognized for being an entrepreneur. Jeff had many other hobbies including; coin and stamp collecting, gardening, fishing, camping and street rods. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents C.O. and Mary Clark, maternal grandparents Jockey and Eleen Meason and Father Calvin "Hap" Clark. Jeff is survived by his mother VonCille Clark of Casper, Wyoming. Carolyn S. Clark (Bauer) wife of 46 years. Daughters Amy (Stacy) Maupin of Parker, CO, Lea (Michael) Fawbush of Whitesburg, TN. The joy of his life his 3 grandchildren Cody, Lauren and Morgan. Sister Jen (Kevin) Morss of Bar Nunn, Wyoming. Sister in law Mary (Curt) Sessin of Casper, Wyoming. Nieces Kelly(Roger) Heenan of Casper, Wyoming, Sara Backhaus of Colorado Springs, CO, Tiffany Sessin of Sheridan, Wyoming and Kimberly (Mike) Roberts of Colorado Springs, Colorado. A celebration of life service will be held at Greenwood Community Church 5600 E. Belleview Ave., Greenwood Village, CO 80111 on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm. A reception will follow the service, all are welcome. Monetary Donations can be made in Jeff's honor to the Center for the Blind 2233 W. Shepherd Ave., Littleton, CO 80120.
