Jane Potter

Jane Louise Potter of Parker, Colorado, age 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 21, 2021. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to William and Marie Potter on February 27, 1932. She was a graduate of Scott High School. Jane married in 1950 and raised four daughters and two sons. She worked for the Cherry Creek School District in various capacities for twenty-one years. She was known for her kindness, wisdom, fairness, and organizational skills. Jane was stylish and dignified, had an easy sense of humor and always brought out the best in people. She was well read and often quoted famous people. A superb Scrabble player and avid Denver Broncos fan. Her love for all things British came from her father who was born and raised in Cornwall. Jane was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister and brother-in-law (Betty and Bob), nephew (Gary), and son-in-law (Glenn). She is survived by her six children and their spouses, Susan and Norm, Stan and Darlene, Denise, Tina (widow of Glenn), Donna and Ken, and Donald and Sheila, as well as nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a nephew (Bruce). According to her wishes, there will be no memorial service.
