Gerald Sanders

Gerald Sanders 55 of Arvada, Colorado passed away on January 21, 2014, after a 10 year courageous battle with cancer. He was born on January 20, 1959 to Richard Sanders deceased and Esther Sanders in Denver, Colorado.

Survived by his wife Monique Apolinar of 27 years.

Sons Isaiah and Richard.

Siblings Ron, Danny, Micheal and Frank, preceded in death by Nick and Jackie.

Gerald was a loving grandfather and he loved to spend time with Aaliyah, his two year old granddaughter. He also enjoyed relaxing in the mountains, especially at Eldorado Springs.

Gerald was a very talented welder for more than 20 years.

In his final days he was happy the Broncos made it to the Superbowl, and that he made it to his 55th birthday.

Rest in peace Gerald, you are free.
