Floyd Phillip Czeczok of Denver, Colorado died at age 63 of heart failure on April 18, 2014. He was born April 6, 1951 in Sioux Falls, SD. He is survived by his loving wife, Valerie, and children, Kelly, Brea and Preston, along with six grandchildren. Services to celebrate his life will be held at Horan & McConaty chapel located at 1091 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80246 on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11:00 am.
