68, passed away on July 12, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born on May 3, 1949 in Albuquerque, NM. Evelyn was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was also a courageous woman with a heart of gold, always helping others. Evelyn devoted her love to her family and God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon E. Garcia Jr.; nephew, Christopher Sanchez and mother, Agnes Martinez. Evelyn is survived by her children, Tomas, Teliece, and Enriquez Garcia of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Chantal and Antonio; sister ,Pam Sanchez; nephew and niece, Andrew and Veronica Sanchez, who were more like grandchildren to her.
The Rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 21, 2017 at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave., NW, 87107. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
