Erica Riedlin

On June 8, 2018, Erica Nicole (Campbell) Riedlin, age 32, passed away in the presence of her loving husband, Drew, parents, Reed and Sally Campbell, and three siblings, Macala, Monica, and Corbin. Anyone who knew Erica knew her remarkable and truly magical soul. She lived with an unwavering passion for life, fun, and adventure, always allowing for her heart to lead the way. In 2012 she met the love of her life, Andrew Riedlin. Their love was boundless, beautiful, and full of adventure. The Riedlin family welcomed Erica into their lives and hearts, and she quickly became an integral part of their family. Erica and Andrew were blessed with two boys, Vincent Marvin (3.5 years) and Colin Price (4 months). Motherhood was one of Erica's greatest passions in life, bringing her many of her greatest joys, laughter, and strongest love. Erica dedicated herself to her work in nutrition at Aurora Public Schools, promoting, educating, and exemplifying a healthy lifestyle. She was an avid snowboarder, runner, loved to hike in the mountains with her family, spend time on the beach, and connected with nature in a profound way. Erica is dearly loved by her husband, her boys, parents, siblings, Grandmother Vi Heiser, in-laws, along with a huge clan of aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews. She also surrounded herself with close friends that she loved like family. She will always be remembered by her infectious smile, unwavering perseverance, passionate love for others, and immense joy she brought to all who loved her. In the weeks before her death, she asked that we share this message with everyone to "always try to keep a positive outlook." The Campbell and Riedlin families are hosting two memorial services to celebrate Erica's life.
