Eloise Engen

Eloise was born to Gottlieb and Ella Mueller of Big Stone City, SD on April 24th, 1934. She was the youngest of seven children. Siblings were Carl, Elder, Melvin, Phil, Ray Mueller (all deceased) and Shirley Fabozzi of Denver Colorado.

Eloise graduated from Milbank High School in Milbank, SD and went on to graduate from Concordia University in Seward, NE. She taught school in Nebraska, Illinois and Colorado. She was married to Bert van Engen in 1960 and they were richly blessed with three sons; Erik of Maui, HI, Kurt (Justine) of Reston, VA, and Steven (Whitney) of Parker, CO. Further, Eloise and Bert had six grandchildren; Joshua, Will, Ella, Mason, Logan and Auden.

Eloise and Bert lived for many years in Colorado Springs, CO, 12 years on Maui, HI, 7 years in Virginia and until the present in Parker, CO.

Eloise is survived by her three sons and their families as well as her sister Shirley and her Sisters-in-Law Dorothy, Camillus and Ellen Mueller and her Brother-in-Law Ronald van Engen.
