David Wunder

David Carl Wunder died March 24, 2015 from injuries and complications from a motorcycle accident on March 12, 2015. David was the son of Alex and Wanda Wunder and was born in Denver on February 4, 1951. Although his career with the Department of Interior gave him the opportunity to live in many states, he considered Denver and Colorado home. He always enjoyed being able to state that he was a Colorado native.

David was an avid motorcyclist. His Harley's were prize possessions. The motorcycle trips taken with family and friends were always stories that were often and fondly recounted.

David is survived by his wife, Jerri, two brothers, Dan (Pat) and Darren (Kay), his parents in-law, Jerry and Marion Schmidt, brother-in-law, Eddie (Robin), sister-in-law, Sharon and several nieces and nephews. He was also blessed with good friends that he considered family including Ron and Bev Dusing and Gary and Debbie Sparks.

David was not a guy that would want sorrow and tears to be his last memory. To honor his wishes, there will be no services. Just tell a Dave story and wish him safe journeys. It's how Dave would want you to say goodbye.
