David Hampton Robinson II, 78 of Antioch, TN passed away Monday, September 16, 2019.
David was born to the late David Hampton Robinson and Mary Robinson-Hanks of Pensacola, Florida. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, LaVaga (Merritt) Robinson of Antioch, TN; Brother Harold (Tina) Robinson of Pensacola, Florida; Sisters Lydia Moore and Dianne Robinson of Pensacola, Florida, Renee Bright of Indianapolis, Indiana; Father-in-law Hume G. Merritt of Sidney, Ohio; Brother-in-law Hume G. (Helen) Merritt or Southfield, Michigan; Sisters-in-law Rochelle (Robert) Williams, Yolanda Gayle (Michael) Williams, and Angela Theophilus all of Sidney, Ohio; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends and extended family. David was a loving husband and person who loved and celebrated life daily. He loved people and often visited those who were ill to offer words of comfort and encouragement.His favorite quote was, “I’ve learned that making a “living ” is not the same as making a life.
