David Holly

David R Holly,67, passed away November 27th, 2021. David was born on July 26th, 1954 in Williston, North Dakota. His family lived in Ray, North Dakota. He was one of seven children born to Harold and Norma Holly. They all grew up with lots of cousins and as time went on nieces and nephews came along. David had two children, Sarah and Layne as well as three grandchildren, Dylan, Zachary and McKenzie.

David graduated from Ray High School in 1972. He was involved in many school activities and exceled in sports especially football. After graduation, he attended the University of North Dakota Williston. He worked in North Dakota where he developed his skills as welder. He came to Denver and worked for Blender Products for 30 years before he retired.

In 2004, he married Carol Ann Phillips. They resided in Westminster, Colorado.

After moving to Denver, he became an avid Bronco fan. He enjoyed playing golf, racquetball, pool, poker and cribbage. He loved to hunt and fish as well.

A Memorial Service will be held December 6th at the VFW at 10217 Quivas St in Thornton, Co 80260 at 2 pm.
