Dante Zarrella

Dante James Zarrella passed away in his home on January 25, 2018 at the age of 83.

Born on August 23, 1934 in Brockton, Massachusetts. to Carmine and Carolina (Poliseno) Zarrella. Preceded in death by his sisters Annette Piscatelli & Vera "Etta" Nelson and his former wife, Jo-Anne (Syrjala) Brodeur. Survived by his children, Carolyn Butler (David), Anthony Zarrella (Denise), Kathy-Ann Mayfield (John) and Joseph Zarrella. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, Sarah Alcequiez, David Butler, Leah Mencer, Jacob Butler, Joshua Zarrella, Laura Butler, Dominic Zarrella, Jordan Zarrella, Anthony Zarrella and Gianna Zarrella. Several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

After his time served in the United States Navy, Dante made his career as a Pressman at Halliday-Lithograph from where he retired in 1993. He loved family get togethers, visiting with friends, fishing, boats, photography, baseball, playing cards, making tables and puttering. He touched many hearts and will be missed by many.

There will be a memorial service in his honor on February 16, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
