Carl Pollock

November 10, 1954 — July 16, 2020

Carl E. Pollock, 65, originally of Littleton, Colorado, passed away on July 16, 2020 in Greenwood Village. Carl suffered from multiple sclerosis for 25 years.

A Memorial Service will take place in the yard of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Littleton, Colorado at 9:30 AM, Thursday, August 6, 2020. Pastor Sonja Sandquist will officiate. Masks are required.

Carl was born in Casper, Wyoming to Charles B. Pollock and Karleen Eastman Pollock on November 10, 1954. He was in the first graduating class of Heritage High School in Littleton. Carl graduated from Metro State University with a degree in Meteorology and was a Cartographer for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in the Washington, D.C area for 19 years. Between college and launching his career, Carl served in the Coast Guard for 4 years. He was a long-time boy scout and received his Eagle Scout award in 1971. He also served on the Arapahoe Rescue Patrol during his teenage years, which brought him much satisfaction.

Carl is proceeded in death by his father, Charles B. Pollock and mother, Karleen E. Pollock. He is survived by his sister, Laura Pollock of Erie, Colorado as well as many cousins.

Memorials may be given to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 6322 S. Lakeview Street, Littleton Colorado 80120 or Children's Hospital Colorado.

Carl's family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the caregivers and staff of Brookdale, Greenwood Village for caring for Carl for 10 years.
