Betty Atkins

Betty A. Atkins 82, long time resident of Littleton Co. passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Life Care Center of Littleton.

She was born July 1,1937, in Ft Morgan, Colorado to Raymond and Lydia Connor. She was the third of five children. Betty married Keith E. Atkins on November 23, 1966.

Betty is survived by her children Donald, James (Anna) Reddington, and Sandra Reddington, one brother Robert “Bob” Connor, three sisters, Alice “Toots” (Roy) Dean, Roberta “Books” (Everett) Pierce, and Janice “Jenny” (Darryl) Parkins, 5 grandchildren Jeremy “Jamie” and Nathan “Nate” Urroz, Donal (Jamie) Reddington, Amanda (Zach) Glowczewski, and Amber Reddington (Tyler Huesemann) , and 4 great grandchildren Brandon, Ashlee, Riley, and Grant, several nieces and nephews and many friends.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, her parents one daughter Kandice Carlson, and son Keith E. Atkins Jr.

Betty loved spending time with her children, family and gambling in Black Hawk and playing Bingo, Video Poker and Hot Shots.

Graveside services are scheduled for December 31, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO. 80235.
