Age 63, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020. She was born in Evanston, IL on July 2, 1957 to Robert Emmett Garrity and Barbara Louise O'Leary and grew up in Glenview, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Kathleen M. Garrity; brothers, Daniel G. Garrity and Keith B. Garrity; and her niece, Kellie L. Grande.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Jorge M. Diaz; children, Bernard Lee Kunce III and daughter, Shannon Kathleen (Kunce) Miles; grandchildren, Joseph Nicholas Kunce, Jennie Bowen, Bernard Lee Kunce IIII, Rori Kathleen Nagel, Kaylee Lynn Miles, Scarlett Christine Kunce, and Kai Mosley; her siblings, Mark (Nancy) Garrity, Gail (Dominck) Grande, and Robert E. Garrity; and her nieces and nephews, Jenny, Kiki, Daniel, Brooke, Danielle, Katie, Caitlyn, Colleen, and Patricia.

Barbara was the best, most loving mother and grandmother.
