Anna Domin

Anna Allen Domin (89) peacefully passed away on March 29, 2022, in Littleton, Colorado. Anna was born on September 22, 1932 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to Donald Charles and Clarabelle Hall Allen. She attended Mt Auburn Hospital Nursing School and obtained her Registered Nursing certificate in 1952. She met James Domin at a USO dance in 1953. They were married July 31,1954 and enjoyed almost 68 years together.

Anna is survived by her husband Jim, and seven children: Jean (Gary) Yoakum, Joe Domin, Anne (Dennis Hetzel) Kerven, Kathy (Vinnie Freauff) Domin, Diana (Harley) Shubart, Mary (Jeff) Stewart, and Eileen (Chuck) Welch. In addition to her children, Anna is missed by eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, along with her brother Donald Allen and sister Arlene O'Connor. She is preceded in death by her sister Emily Beekley.

Anna enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, reading, road trips and camping with her husband. A top priority for Anna was spending quality time with her grandchildren crafting, cooking and supervising pool time. She was active in civil

defense programs in New York, neighborhood and school activities in Maryland, and in Colorado an active member of All Souls Parish working in the food bank.

Anna is loved and greatly missed by her family.

Funeral services will be held on April 22, 2022 (9:30 am) at All Souls Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the All Souls Church food bank (https://allsoulscatholicchurch.churchgiving.com/).
